Truckers Clean Up Their Act

Truckers at the Port of Oakland are scrambling to clean up their rigs this month. If they can't show they've taken steps to reduce pollution from their trucks' diesel engines, they'll soon be out of work. Some truckers say the new state rules are too expensive, especially at a time when revenues are down. But treating health problems caused by diesel soot may be even pricier, as Amy Standen reports.
