I hope they are able to continue to get the funding and quality staff they need to support their efforts. I've heard that IBRRC is having a very difficult time keeping their staff and volunteers due to an unpleasant working environment. Their mission is so important, and the work they do so valuable, it really would be a waste if they are unable to operate effectively because of leadership missteps.
