		<description>This is good news for the state.  Too bad for me that I have just finished a remodel.  Our county is very strict about inspections, so I didn&#039;t dare put in a graywater system.  Now it would be expensive (not to mention wasteful) to tear open walls and do a good job of it.

It wasn&#039;t easy getting any innovative energy-related features included in the remodel either.  The &quot;home performance community&quot; may be at the boil, but established contractors who have solid reputations are very conservative about adopting anything new.</description>
