Thank you for taking the time to focus on the remarkable achievements of Dr. Earle. My 5th grade daughter Sarah has been a big fan since she read Dr. Earle's biography, Gaurdian of the Sea. We even met her once when she came to speak at Aquarium by the Bay. She is an outstanding role model for anyone interested in the ocean, but especially young girls. For another equally fascinating story of a woman's contribution to marine biology, report on the achievements of Eugenie Clark--a contemporary of Dr. Earle.
