		<description>I&#039;m glad to hear that the American Recovery &amp; Reinvestment Act will be applied to furthering the study of antimatter-focused research.

There is a new model being advanced that points to major importance of and therefore potential benefits and applications of antimatter. Debate is heated, but unlike old assumptions, the new model is not plagued by either anomaly or paradox between data and theory.
