		<description>This past Decemeber I took the family to the &lt;a href=&quot;http://museumca.org/events/fungus_fair.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;37th Annual Fungus Fair&lt;/a&gt; at the Oakland Museum of California. One of the activities we loved was the opportunity to make Candy Cap mushroom ice cream.

It was delicious and indeed, tasted just like maple syrup. We hope to go again this year, Dec. 1 and Dec. 2, 2007.</description>
